Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Once #1 lands the rule needs writing down, ideally with the table from the README extended to show precedence.
Happy to take this once the behaviour settles.
